Toning your thighs and getting a bigger butt can sometimes seem like a difficult thing to do. Especially when you’re not sure what you should do. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some tips on how to tone your thighs and get a bigger butt.

That way, you know how to get sexy curves that guys will admire.

The first thing you should do that will help you is eat healthy foods. There are foods that will help you make your butt bigger. The different types of foods that you should eat are protein, complex carbs, and veggies and fruits.

An example of foods that have protein in it that you should eat are chicken breasts, fish, turkey breasts, lean beef, protein shakes, and soy protein. An example of some complex carbs that you should eat are whole wheat breads, whole wheat pastas, oatmeal, and sweet potatoes.

Now, for fruits and veggies, you can eat any fruit or veggie you want.

Another tip on how to tone your thighs and get a bigger butt is to exercise. There are a lot of great exercises you can do that will help you. Some exercises that you should do includes, aerobics, pilates, jogging on a treadmill, squats, lunges, leg presses, leg extensions, and leg curls.
