1. The first way you can get a bigger butt is by weight training. There are a lot of weight training exercises that will help you. A few that you can start doing are squats, leg presses, and lunges. Some other exercises you can do that don’t require using weights are glute knee-ups, step-ups, and frog squats.

2. Another simple way on how to get a bigger butt is to do fitness training. This includes taking a fitness class (aerobics, pilates, and kickboxing), jogging on a treadmill at an inclined position, and using the stair master. You should do these fitness training exercises at least 3 times a week.

3. The third way to get a bigger butt is to eat small, healthy meals. There are a few types of foods that will help you make your booty bigger. The types of foods that will help you are proteins, complex carbs, and veggies and fruits. Make sure you eat a small meal every two to three hours.

Some foods that contain protein that you should eat are lean chicken breast, turkey breast, lean beef, protein shakes, soy protein, and lean fish. Some complex carbs that you should eat are sweet potatoes, whole wheat breads, whole wheat pastas, and oatmeal.
